For the Socio Economic and educational upliftment of the target communities, the Corporation designed so many schemes. These schemes include income generating schemes, Social welfare schemes and various enterpreneur development as well as job oriented training programmes.The loan schemes are of mainly three types:
- Schemes financed by utilizing own fund of the Corporation - KSDC SCHEMES
- Schemes financed by utilizing the borrowings from the National Scheduled Castes Finance and development Corporation - NSFDC SCHEMES.
- Schemes financed by utilizing the borrowings from the National Scheduled Tribes Finance and development Corporation - NSTFDC SCHEMES.
Note: The assistance from HUDCO, NSKFDC are not availing at present. But the schemes financed with the funding from these agencies are still in force.
As on Assistance: Up to 2008-2009 (31/3/2009) Corporation extended assistance to 138717 Nos. of individuals/families. Total Amount disbursed under various schemes during the above period comes to Rs 183.97 Crores.
